Suggested: two trailers (e.g. a pair of 3-stall units). Add an ADA-accessible unit if any guests need one.
Planning estimate only — based on industry rules of thumb (≈1 stall per 50 guests for a 4-hour event, +~15% per extra 2 hours, +~20% with alcohol). We confirm exact sizing in your free quote.
How the estimate works
The calculator uses widely accepted event-sanitation rules of thumb (aligned with PSAI and OSHA guidance):
- · Start with about 1 restroom stall per 50 guests for a standard 4-hour event.
- · Add roughly 15% capacity for every extra 2 hours beyond 4.
- · Add about 20% when alcohol is served (guests use restrooms more).
- · Add an ADA-accessible unit for guests who need one.
These are planning guidelines, not a guarantee — your venue layout, guest mix, and timeline affect the real number. We confirm exact sizing (at no cost) when we quote your event.
