How many restrooms do I need for 100 guests?▾

How many for 150 or 200 guests?▾

Roughly a 3-stall trailer for ~150 guests, and 3–4 stalls (often a second trailer) approaching 200 — more with alcohol or a longer event. The calculator adjusts for both.

Does serving alcohol change how many I need?▾

Yes — guests use restrooms more when alcohol is served. The industry adjustment is roughly +20% capacity, which the calculator applies automatically.

What about longer events?▾

Add roughly 15% capacity for every extra 2 hours beyond a standard 4-hour event, or plan for mid-event servicing on all-day events.

Do I need an ADA-accessible restroom?▾
